“鶴望-智谷”坐落在上海青浦區(qū)白鶴鎮(zhèn),白石公路和外青松公路西南轉(zhuǎn)角處,西鄰東大盈港、南鄰泗路涇。近年來,伴隨著長三角一體化成為國家戰(zhàn)略,青浦的區(qū)域價(jià)值凸顯出來。2019年青浦被納入長三角一體化戰(zhàn)略示范區(qū),它不僅成為上海的西大門而且也成為長三角一體化的樞紐和橋頭堡?!苞Q望-智谷”項(xiàng)目正是在這一背景下應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。 “智谷”項(xiàng)目定位為以高技術(shù)企業(yè)總部和高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)通用廠房為主體的產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū),同時(shí)面臨長三角一體化下總體規(guī)劃可能存在的潛在升級(jí),“智谷”項(xiàng)目也可以迅速對(duì)接高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)城市化對(duì)新型業(yè)態(tài)和城市風(fēng)貌的需求。
“Hewang Wisdom Valley ” is located in Baihe Town, Qingpu District, Shanghai, at the southwest corner of Waiqingsong highway and Baishi highway, adjacent to East Daying Port in the west and Silu River on the south. In 2019, Qingpu was included in the Yangtze River Delta integration strategic demonstration area and becomes the hub and bridgehead of Yangtze River Delta integration. The project of ” Hewang Wisdom Valley ” arose at this moment . ” Hewang Wisdom Valley ” is positioned as an industrial park with the headquarters of high-tech enterprises and high-standard general workshops . Meanwhile, ” Wisdom Valley” is also able to quickly meet the demands of high-standard of new formats and features with potentially future upgrade of the urban planning.

“智谷”項(xiàng)目是由一組體量相似、規(guī)則的多層建筑所組成的面向高新技術(shù)企業(yè)的集群式建筑,總建筑面積37670平方米。1,3、4號(hào)及5,6、7號(hào)是三組標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、大跨度的建筑組合,2-4層,平面可以由1000平方米單元部分可擴(kuò)展到2000平方米單元,適應(yīng)總部辦公、高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)等多項(xiàng)功能拓展的需要,也保證足夠的樓地面荷載。1,3、4及5,6、7建筑群圍繞著中心綠地呈圍合狀態(tài)。2號(hào)樓為配套辦公及招商中心。8、9號(hào)樓為辦公、廠房、配套餐廳及屋頂花園。這個(gè)園區(qū)不僅需要滿足未來高技術(shù)企業(yè)對(duì)空間和荷載的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化及靈活性需求,還將努力挖掘獨(dú)特的人文特征和現(xiàn)代性。我們?cè)噲D通過設(shè)計(jì)演繹,建立一種與企業(yè)記憶和文化的獨(dú)特的連接方式;同時(shí)積極探索集群式產(chǎn)業(yè)建筑的空間特性和城市個(gè)性。
The project ” Wisdom Valley ” is a group buildings for high-tech enterprises, which is composed of a group of multi-storey buildings with similar blocks and regular structures, with a total gross area of 37670 m2 . A large-span floor layout can be expanded from 1000 m2 to 2000 m2, which can meet the needs of enterprise headquarters, and high-tech industrial R & D etc. No.1. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 are R & D units. Building No.2 is a supporting office and business center. Building No. 8 and 9 is for office, R & D facilities, restaurants and a roof garden. This park not only will meet the needs of high-tech tenant spaces and loads for standardization and flexibility in the future, but also will strive to excavate unique humanistic characteristics and modernity. We try to establish particular articulations with memory and innovative culture of the client by our design work, and also actively explore a spatial identity and characteristics of group industrial architecture.

Empathy
10年前我們?yōu)橥粯I(yè)主在上海桃浦工業(yè)園區(qū)內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)過一處總部辦公園區(qū)“示范-匯智天地”, 旨在探索新建產(chǎn)業(yè)建筑以多元化的方式對(duì)既有城市秩序的介入,進(jìn)而推動(dòng)漸進(jìn)的城市更新。那組由7棟建筑組成的集群辦公建筑組合豐富、結(jié)合柔性幾何關(guān)系和垂直開窗方式、及深棕色黃金鉆飾面石材等元素給人留下完整而深刻的印象,我們把這一印象稱為“集體記憶”。只是在新一輪桃浦總體規(guī)劃調(diào)整中,這組建筑不得不面臨被拆遷的命運(yùn)。業(yè)主希望在新的園區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)建設(shè)中尋找一種與“匯智天地”的連接、可持續(xù)敘述的載體和超越,我們把這一過程理解為“移情”、 “記憶的轉(zhuǎn)移”或“重構(gòu)”。我們需要尋找一種“集體記憶”的“原型”,即可以被抽象和類型化的東西,并且重構(gòu)和當(dāng)下化。
Ten years ago, we designed a headquarters park for this client in Shanghai Taopu Industrial District, ” Shifan – Huizhi World”. The objective is to seek multiply means through which new industrial architecture might impact the existing urban structure and push for a progressive urban renewal. This headquarters is composed of seven buildings with rich combinations, flexible geometric relationships, vertical windows, and dark brown stone facades. Those compositions are so integrated and impressive that they become a “Collective Memory”. Just when in the latest modification of the regional planning, this park has to be removed. The owner hopes to find an articulation and transcendence while a new park design is made to be with a sustainable narration of “Huizhi World. This progress is understood as “Empathy”, “Memory Transference” or “Reconstruction”. We need to find prototypes of” collective memories” which can be abstracted and typologized, and work in the present.

集群與折中
Group and Compromise
集群建筑,不僅面臨城市化過程中與城市脈絡(luò)的聯(lián)系,又以自身體系建立對(duì)城市的介入和反思。集群建筑中個(gè)體的塑造與整體的關(guān)系互相牽制,這種牽制所形成的張力,讓集群建筑挖掘巨大的場(chǎng)所魅力。槙文彥曾經(jīng)闡述過集群建筑的創(chuàng)作方法。他說: ”Each part is meaningful for the whole, the whole adjusts integral parts. When there is strain between parts and whole, it will lead to the ideal state of future architecture, under the condition that depending relation should be formed form parts and the whole”. (每個(gè)局部對(duì)整體而言都是有意義的,整體調(diào)節(jié)各個(gè)組成的局部。當(dāng)整體與局部之間存在有張力是,就將會(huì)導(dǎo)致未來建筑的理想狀態(tài),但要達(dá)到那種狀態(tài)必須由局部與整體形成先導(dǎo)性的某種依存關(guān)系)?!笆痉?匯智天地”和“鶴望-智谷”兩處相隔10年的集群建筑設(shè)計(jì),我們都試圖梳理集群與城市、集群建筑中個(gè)體與整體之間的這種介入、關(guān)聯(lián)、張弛、激活。建立在宏觀城市脈絡(luò)判斷下對(duì)集群和個(gè)體的協(xié)調(diào),這是一種平衡也是廣義的折中。

Croup architecture not only faces the connection with the city context, but also intervenes and reflects on the city with its system. In group architecture, the relationship between individual and the whole constrains each other. The tension formed by this restraint makes group architecture excavate the great charm of the place. Fumihiko Maki once elaborated the creation method of group architecture. He said:” Each part is meaningful for the whole, the whole adjusts integral parts. When there is strain between parts and whole, it will lead to the ideal state of future architecture, under the condition that depending relation should be formed form parts and the whole”. In group architectural designs of ” Shifan – Huizhi World ” and ” Hewang Wisdom Valley “with 10 years difference, we all tried to sort out the intervention, association, relaxation and activation between the group and the city, and between the individual and the whole as well. The coordination within the group and individuals based on the city context is a balance and a broad compromise as well.

平衡與重構(gòu)
Balance and Reconstruction
“集體記憶”是具有普遍性的記憶,它們與抽象出來的“原型”密切相關(guān)。時(shí)間流逝,而“原型”往往在記憶中留下深深的痕跡。我們?cè)凇苞Q望-智谷”設(shè)計(jì)中提取了“匯智天地”中最普遍的垂直開窗方式,復(fù)制后采用不同密度的金屬拉伸板拼接制作成表皮,它成為一種記憶剪影作為每個(gè)單體建筑的部分元素。同時(shí),“匯智天地”外墻深棕色的黃金鉆石材被小心翼翼地拆卸下來,編號(hào)修繕后保存,被用在“匯智谷”的部分外墻上實(shí)現(xiàn)材料的“轉(zhuǎn)移”。我們將原來“匯智天地”7號(hào)高層建筑水平解體成兩個(gè)獨(dú)立的單體,形成8-9號(hào)樓的“原型”,它們?cè)趫?chǎng)地的西側(cè)面向廣闊的水體和農(nóng)田,具有極強(qiáng)的場(chǎng)景空間感。8號(hào)樓局部型體由中部突變并在頂部由樓梯與9號(hào)樓頂?shù)奈蓓敾▓@(He巢)穿插連接,傾斜的外折墻面上維持了垂直連續(xù)的開窗方式。
“Collective memory”, a universal memory, is closely related to abstracted “prototype”. The prototype is often memorized as the time goes. We abstract the most common vertical window patterns in ” Shifan – Huizhi World ” (collective memory) to be pasted in the ” Hewang Wisdom Valley “. The stretched medal mesh with different densities is made for part of the fa?ades which became a paper-cut of memory. Mean time, the dark brown stones on the curtain wall of “Shifan – Huizhi World“ were carefully removed, numbered and preserved, and are reused on some facades of “Wisdom Valley“ to complete “transference” of materials. The original No.7 building of ” Huizhi World ” was disintegrated into two horizontal independents to form the prototype of No.8-9 building of “Wisdom Valley”. The top of No.8 Building is connected with the roof garden, “Nest He” (nest of crane) of No.9 Building by stairs.

主體形態(tài)和紅色鋁板覆蓋穿插的型形成強(qiáng)烈的突變和起伏,折射了后“匯智天地”的這一項(xiàng)目隱含的發(fā)展裂變和重生的雙重意義。9號(hào)樓頂?shù)奈蓓敾▓@(He巢)及會(huì)務(wù)用房向西形成半圍合寧靜避擾的庭院,視覺可以透過庭院西側(cè)圍合墻面上巨大的長方形漏窗面向東大盈港、及廣闊的農(nóng)田和天空,傳遞了人工營建活動(dòng)最終對(duì)自然的無限憧憬。海德格爾把“營建”活動(dòng)定義為一種定居的詩意建造,他認(rèn)為人的定居和棲居應(yīng)該是富有詩意的。9號(hào)樓頂?shù)耐ピ赫窃噲D將幾何化的空間塑造在此“停頓”(“停頓使得地點(diǎn)成為場(chǎng)所”)并推向田野和天空,使整個(gè)建筑的組織、重構(gòu)和喧嘩最終融合進(jìn)寧靜的自然之中,呈現(xiàn)詩意的升華。
They face the water and farmland in the west of the site, and create a strong scenery of space. The roof garden on the top of No.9 building facing to the East Daying Port, wide farmland and sky, through the huge rectangular leaky windows on the enclosing wall, conveys the ultimate infinite vision of the nature through the artificial constructions. Heidegger defined “Building” as a kind of poetic construction of “Dwelling”. The courtyard on the top of No.9 building is just trying to pauses the geometric spaces (“pause makes location become place”) and push into the field and sky. The man-made construction of the whole buildings is integrated into the peaceful nature, being sublimated poetically.

折紙之“飛鶴”
“Flying Crane” of Paper Folding
2號(hào)樓位于外青松公路和白石公路轉(zhuǎn)角處,五層高的建筑原型是被分割成一層招商中心、二三層培訓(xùn)辦公、四五層獨(dú)立辦公、自下而上的三個(gè)體塊。最下面的體塊與外青平公路平行;中部體塊向西和北輕微移動(dòng)和退讓;上部的體塊轉(zhuǎn)了90度后向東側(cè)道路的轉(zhuǎn)角處懸挑,且建立與白石公路明確的平行關(guān)系。建筑水平體量在道路交叉口即場(chǎng)地的兩個(gè)方向的延伸,構(gòu)建了建筑與道路、與場(chǎng)地和與其它建筑的平直和互動(dòng)關(guān)系。
The building No.2 is located in the corner of Waiqingsong highway and Baishi highway. The building prototype with five stories is divided into three blocks: the lower block is floor one with business center, the middle block is floor two and floor three with training office, and the upper block is floor four and floor five with independent office. The lowest block is parallel to the Waiqingsong highway and the middle block moves slightly to the West and north when the upper block overhangs in the corner of the East Road after turning 90 degrees, and establishes a clear parallel relationship with Baishi highway. The horizontal volume of the building extends in two directions at the road intersection, which structures the straight and interactive relationship between the building and the road, the building and the site, and the building and other buildings as well.

這一關(guān)系下自然形成的三個(gè)跌落的矩形疊加體,疊加體的外緣點(diǎn)相連形成自然的折面,折面的外側(cè)由玻璃和拉伸網(wǎng)板共同形成的復(fù)合幕墻包裹,形成不同方向上折形、梯形和局部三角形的形態(tài),厚重而有飛動(dòng)雀躍之勢(shì)。它猶如折紙般的飛鶴,構(gòu)成對(duì)場(chǎng)所空間和城市道路轉(zhuǎn)角處的巨大張力和識(shí)別性。
Under these relationships, three naturally falling rectangular superposition -blocks are formed. The outer edge points of the superposed blocks are connected to form a serious of natural folding surfaces which forming folded, trapezoidal and triangular shapes in different directions. The building is massive and with tendency of flying. It is like a flying crane of paper folding to shape a huge tension and recognition for the place and the corner of the roads.

室內(nèi)空間也因折面的包裹形成自然豐富的梯形狀態(tài),其中局部一-二-三挑空部分成為容器式共享空間,一個(gè)富有變化的中庭空間。一層為企業(yè)的招商和展示中心,安排接待、模型展示、水吧、企業(yè)文化展示、會(huì)議洽商、辦公等功能;二、三層為企業(yè)培訓(xùn)和拓展區(qū)與一層大廳共享容器式通高空間;四、五層為企業(yè)辦公相對(duì)獨(dú)立。一層招商中心會(huì)議內(nèi)封閉式辦公呈現(xiàn)兩組交叉的箱體組合,由白色瓦楞金屬板外裹;而接待和展示空間中既有的混凝土巨型結(jié)構(gòu)、灰色的二次鋼結(jié)構(gòu)及白色裝飾構(gòu)件共同延續(xù)2號(hào)樓幾何肌理、并創(chuàng)造了更豐富的“層”。
The interior spaces also come into be natural and rich trapezoid compositions due to the folding surfaces. The atrium linked with the floor one, two and three empty spaces becomes a sharing container, a sophisticated atrium space. The first floor is the business center and showing space. The second and third floors are the training and development area, sharing the container of the atrium hall. The fourth and fifth floors are relatively independent office. The south and east sides of the container are enclosed by composited curtain walls with multi-folded surfaces.

三層挑空空間南側(cè)和東側(cè)由折面復(fù)合幕墻圍合,幾組斜向巨型混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)支撐起折面的鋼結(jié)構(gòu),鋼結(jié)構(gòu)外側(cè)色玻璃幕墻龍骨、玻璃和最外側(cè)的紅色拉伸網(wǎng)板幕墻。它們形成豐富疊加的層,由視覺的刺激轉(zhuǎn)化為有組織的肌理。這些有組織的層和肌理在強(qiáng)烈的陽關(guān)下形成投射在地面和結(jié)構(gòu)上移動(dòng)的“光痕”,豐富了人對(duì)空間的體驗(yàn)和知覺感受具有現(xiàn)象學(xué)的特性。2號(hào)樓個(gè)體的塑造與群體相互牽制關(guān)聯(lián),而所展現(xiàn)的張力又將集群推向更獨(dú)特的狀態(tài),它們產(chǎn)生的影響力滲透進(jìn)城市脈絡(luò)之中。
Two groups of mega concrete structures support the steel structure system of the folding surfaces. Outside of the steel structures there are the medal keels, the glass curtain wall and the red stretched mesh panels. They shape a rich superposition of multi-layers from a visual stimulation to an organized texture. The organized layers and texture with light shadows above the ground and structures enrich human experiences and perceptions.

圍合綠地與“破土”
Enclosing Green Space and “Breaking the Ground”
方正井然有序的建筑布局既有效利用環(huán)路組織建筑和交通、又留有較為完整的中部庭院空間。圍合式綠地緩緩向上起伏展開,綠地下方是半地下車庫。綠地的步行路網(wǎng)設(shè)計(jì)顯示了Golden Ring(企業(yè)名稱)的抽象圖形。 中央下沉式庭院的紅色鋼結(jié)構(gòu)樓梯自地下室螺旋向上躍起至綠地中央廣場(chǎng),又繼續(xù)越過起伏地貌的上緣線呈現(xiàn)勃發(fā)飄揚(yáng)之勢(shì),具有強(qiáng)烈的地景特征,我們把這一地景叫做“破土”,象征雜亂之后的成長,也寓意企業(yè)積極向上勇于突破的精神。這一區(qū)域成為園區(qū)寧靜又跳動(dòng)的區(qū)域。圍合式綠地上幾棵香樟與斑塊形式的自然地被結(jié)合;邊緣與建筑相接部分設(shè)置若干簇?fù)淼募?xì)密金鑲玉竹林作為軟性分割。疏朗的空間氛圍使這個(gè)被建筑包圍的綠地增加了淡淡的飄逸和愜意。
The master plan layout not only effectively uses the ring road to organize buildings and traffics, but also remains a relatively integrated central courtyard. The central enclosed green space is gently rolling. There is a semi-open underground parking lot. The pedestrian road of the green space shows the abstract symbol of the logo of the company “Golden Ring”. The red steel-structured stairs in the central courtyard spirals up from the sunken garden to the central green space, and continues to cross the upper edge of the rolling topography, showing a booming trend and recognition of land art. It is named “Breaking the Ground” symbolizing the growth after chaos, and also implying the spirit of the company, positive advance bravely.

綠地的另一處下沉式庭院位于東北角綠地起伏的低端,與2號(hào)樓對(duì)應(yīng)。這處下沉式庭院可以吸納園區(qū)的步行人流至地下停車場(chǎng),同時(shí)提供向下延伸的休憩臺(tái)階和景觀。逐層向下跌落的臺(tái)階、水幕和紅色穿孔鋁板與2號(hào)樓形成視覺聯(lián)系,這一視覺聯(lián)系一直穿過中央樓梯延伸至5、6號(hào)樓之間車庫入口上部的紅色金屬雨棚上方,直至8-9號(hào)樓東側(cè)向上的折形外墻,消失在天空中,形成一組隱形的視覺序列。
Another sunken courtyard is located at the lower end of the green space in the northeast corner, corresponding to building No.2. This sunken courtyard provides an entry to get into the underground parking lot. The falling steps, water fall and red perforated aluminum panel make a visual connection with building No.2. This visual sequential connection goes through the central staircase and then extends to the canopy between building No. 5 and No. 6. It continuously ends at the east fa?ade of the building No. 9.

材料的意義
The Meaning of Materials
集群建筑中大部分規(guī)整的建筑單體用了自“示范-匯智天地”拆遷下來的黃金鉆石材,據(jù)說這一拆遷、運(yùn)輸過程就耗資400萬元。這一沉淀10年的石材帶著水漬痕跡,以它為主調(diào)的外墻具有厚重的體積感和記憶的烙印。集群中紅色鋁合金拉伸型網(wǎng)板出現(xiàn)在單體建筑部分表皮及入口部分,跳躍的紅色與彎折的型賦予建筑張力。這兩種不同材料特性、材質(zhì)和色彩的材料形成鮮明的對(duì)比和反差,它們通過空間形態(tài)構(gòu)成跨越變遷和未來的解構(gòu)式符號(hào)。然而這兩種典型介質(zhì)又互相調(diào)和,這一新的折中方式,讓重構(gòu)的集群建筑顯示穩(wěn)重和厚實(shí)。張力的線性序列自2號(hào)樓、中央綠地“破土”的樓梯、5-6號(hào)樓之間的坡道上蓋、直至8-9號(hào)樓西側(cè)向上的折形外墻消失在天空中。
Most of the individual building facades reuse the brown stone which is removed from ” Shifan – Huizhi World “. With 10 years exposure to the climate, the stones still look gentle besides few stains. The facades of “Wisdom Valley” consequently mix with heavy senses and memories come from the past. The red aluminum stretched mesh panels work as skins or appear at entrances by jumping red and folding types. These two materials with totally different characteristics, quality and colors form a sharp contrast. They constitute the deconstructive gesture across the transition and the future by the spatial formations. In addition, these two typical media are indeed in harmony relationship with each other. This new compromise makes the reconstructed group buildings massive and stable.
